The Partnerships and Communication Working Group (PCWG) of the Regional Collaborative Platform for Latin America and the Caribbean leads regional efforts in creating and reinforcing partnerships to achieve the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. The working group also aims to strengthen inter-agency cooperation in partnerships and communications at the regional level. 

The following are specific objectives and areas of focus of the Working Group:

• Support the Regional Collaborative Platform for Latin America and the Caribbean and its Issue-based Coalitions and Working Groups in their communication, advocacy and partnerships efforts.

• Provide strategic advice to Resident Coordinators and United Nations country teams on communication, advocacy and partnerships efforts.

• Promote and position United Nations strategic priorities and strengthen internal communication within the United Nations system.
